It's hard to imagine all of Kuwait City and the country being destroyed during the Gulf War. Iraq invaded Kuwait and from what I was told (and could see) the country was entirely rebuilt.
During my brief tour of the city...I came across a large fence and the barbed wire and could only imagine......
