During my cousin's visit we had opportunity to explore some places in Baku and Azerbaijan including the Carpet Museum and historical site in Gala ( a region about 35 miles away)...the carpets I've seen before and the country is still working on resolving how best to display its precious works...nailing them to a wall is probably not the best way to showcase carpets...you think...and the Gala Museum, a collection of archaelogical artifacts...mixed in with a little of everything else...all in the blazing sun. It's been over 100 degrees here for several weeks....ugh
